Come along and be inspired at our Spring Wedding Showcase
Dartington Hall, the largest medieval manor house in the West of England, boasts 5 licensed ceremony rooms accommodating 40 wedding guests for intimate ceremonies and up to 120 of your guests in the impressive Upper Gatehouse or for outdoor ceremonies, the Loggia, within our Grade II* listed Private Garden.
Our 50 four star Courtyard bedrooms offer a mix of heritage and comfort for your guests.
Beyond the 14th century Gatehouse oak doors sits Dartington Hall, steeped in history and culture. Experience the breath-taking manicured courtyard, the cobbles beneath your feet and the scent of the fragrant flower beds.
With the help of our recommending suppliers we will be showcasing a variety of setups and wedding themes to help inspire you for your special day.
Our Chefs are committed to providing you with a delicious wedding breakfast. We support local producers, some from our own estate, and offer only seasonal, locally sourced produce in our menus.
At the heart of our 1200 acre estate sits our Grade 2* listed gardens. With a rich sense of history and a host of features to explore providing the perfect backdrops for photo opportunities capturing the moment.
There will be a huge variety of our highly recommended suppliers including outstanding cake suppliers, fabulous florists, experienced photographers, entertainment, stationery, confectionery, bridalwear, and many more!

Nestling in the heart of a 1200-acre private estate the Great Hall encircles a picturesque courtyard and offers a magically romantic setting for the wedding of your dreams.
The Upper Gatehouse is the ideal venue for your civil ceremony, with room for over 110 of your friends and family to join in your special service.
Alternatively you may choose to have your ceremony outside in our beautiful and exclusive Private Garden, under the flower draped Loggia with a church tower in the background.
Afterwards, the ancient formal gardens are just a stroll away, across the medieval Courtyard. They provide the perfect location for photographs, preserving your memories forever against the beautiful backdrop of Dartington Hall .
The unique Grade 1 listed hammer-beamed Great Hall is a spectacular place to hold your celebratory wedding breakfast, seating up to 150 guests in elegance and style.
