Rustic, natural, beautifully unique… Kingsthorpe Lodge Barn is a stunning wedding reception venue that’s sure to wow your guests.
Nestled on the Northamptonshire/ Cambridgeshire border, Kingsthorpe Lodge Barn is set within a working organic farm and is just 5 miles from the historic market town of Oundle, and 45 minutes from beautiful Cambridge.
Kingsthorpe Lodge Barn is owned by Brigitte and Eddie, who are proud to offer something a little different to other venues – a space filled with character and charm that allows you to create the wedding reception of your dreams!
The original character of the barn has been maintained over the years, with exposed stone walls, wooden beams and original brick pillars imbuing a rustic appeal to the impressive double-height structure.
The main barn itself was hand-built to store grain and other harvest crops, whilst the smaller barn attached was originally used as a cattle house – this really is a wedding venue with a difference!
A sweeping driveway gives a beautiful view of the farm house, and offers a glimpse of the valley with fields stretching in all directions. Lambs, geese and even piglets have been known to make an appearance in the pastures, especially for our guests!
