The Orwell Hotel Events and Wedding Open Day will take place on Sunday 11th September 2016 (11:00am - 3:00pm).
Built in 1898 The Orwell Hotel is situated in the Edwardian town of Felixstowe and although recently partially refurbished, it still boasts the Grandeur of a Victorian Building with high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and oak wood panelling.
Not only can we provide an attractive party, wedding or celebration venue, but with a Civil Wedding Licence we can also offer you a complete wedding service, and accommodation all under the same roof.
You can get married at the hotel and enjoy a fabulous reception in one of three function suites. Our Elegantly decorated function suites can accommodate both intimate gatherings and large parties – His Lordship Library can accommodate up to 40 guests while the Elizabeth Suite can seat up to 200 guests for the wedding breakfast and 300 for your evening reception.

From designing a menu to assisting you with the finishing touches we will ensure that your special day is truly memorable.
Our Head Chef ‘Damien Lery’ has many years of professional kitchen experience and will assist you in tailoring a menu to suit your requirements.
