Shaw Hill Golf Resort & Spa Hotel is a wedding venue situated in Whittle Le Woods, in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. This gorgeous Georgian mansion is perched on 192-acres of woodland. This hotel has three stunning event spaces to celebrate your ceremony and reception. The Gold Room is a charming space great for smaller, more private ceremonies. Complete with a chandelier, Georgian-style decor, and views of the golf course, this area can host up to 60 seated guests. The Brand New Allamby's Restaurant makes for memorable wedding ceremonies for up to 100 guests. The elegant room benefits from elegant bay windows that provide a panoramic view of the golf course. The Penina Suite is the largest of all three event spaces. It can be arranged in several ways and fit up to 200 guests while still having space for a dance floor and live entertainment. The suite can also be divided into separate rooms, for smaller gatherings. Upon request, couples may exchange vows and happily wed on the property’s grounds and golf course during the summer months. Further facilities include accommodations, a 72-par golf course, and a state-of-the-art spa with various relaxing treatments.
