The Stradey Castle Wedding Showcase will take place on Sunday 26th February 2017 (11:00am - 4:00pm).
The Stradey Castle Wedding Showcase is an exclusive event for bridal couples who want to meet some of the best exhibitors in Wales. It is also a good opportunity to look around Stradey Castle, which is a uniquely beautiful and exclusive wedding reception venue sat on the Carmarthenshire coastline. The Castle's marquee partners County Marquees will have erected a clearspan marquee in the gardens so couples can see how receptions take place across the Castle and marquee site.
There will be a total of 30 exhibitors at the Showcase. Eight of the exhibitors won 'Best in Wales' at the 2016 Welsh National Wedding Awards and 12 of them won 'Best in their Region'. A clear-span marquee will be erected on the Castle's grounds so couples can see how receptions at the Castle take place and the formal rooms will be decorated by award winning florists.
Gentlemen - fear not - we are dedicating the Castle's library to the groomsmen. Exhibitors include a gentlemen's barber (offering fire-side cut throat shaves) the best menswear outfitters in wales and a mobile cocktail bar.
The highlight of the event will be a choreographed catwalk taking place in the great hall at midday and at 2pm. The models will be exhibiting bridal gowns, bridesmaid's dresses and occasion wear. Complimentary champagne is available on arrival and canapés are available throughout the event.
We recommend tickets are purchased in advance as we are limiting numbers to 200 guests. Tickets cost £5 and can be purchased via our facebook page and website's ticket buttons.
