TWO DAY WEDDING FAIR!
Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd April 2023. 10am-3pm.

The Big Southwest Wedding Fair is renowned for its variety of wedding businesses right across the Southwest.
When visiting the event, you will be able to access all aspects of the event in one building (Yep we’ve even got the transport inside it’s THAT BIG!). The team are proud to say the event is now in its 7th year and this will be our 11th event (WOW!).... We really do have so many exciting things on offer for you and your big day, so roll on April to open those doors for you all!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Over 80 fantastic, friendly and talented suppliers, ready to talk all things weddings with you!
- Twice Daily Catwalk Shows - Featuring REAL Women and Men, of all shapes & sizes showcasing a range of Bridal, Menswear, Occasion wear and Bridesmaid outfits
-Changing rooms at the event mean you can try on, potentially the dress of your dreams & show your family/friends, just as if you were in the bridal shop! You can even buy on the day for some dresses and grab a bargain with our bridal shops exclusive show offers!
THE VIP TICKETS ARE BACK FOR 2023!
You asked so we delivered! As a VIP ticket holder, you will have your own fast-track path at the main ticket entrance. you will get a wristband, a glass of bubbles or a soft drink(you will be given a voucher to redeem at Southern Tipi Co. bar), the opportunity to access the VIP area seating & priority catwalk seating and of course a VIP goody bag for each ticket holder! ( Terms apply ) PLEASE NOTE: These are limited in number and only available in advance!
THE ENTERTAINMENT LOUNGE
-The Entertainment lounge is such a great space to kick back and have some fun... or the perfect place for your partner to chill out whilst you try on outfits and accessories, or shop for the secret stuff - don’t worry, we've got you covered!
-This is also a great space for the kids to try out as well, as it showcases all sorts of wedding entertainment and games they can try out and enjoy whilst having a pit stop around the venue.
ONSITE FOOD AND DRINK
-The Bath & West Restaurant will be open, where you can access drinks and lite bites. There will also be some stands within the event selling drinks. Take a break, look through your goodie bag and discuss ideas and give yourself time to reflect on who you loved chatting with and go back into the show refreshed and ready to get back into the swing of all things wedding plans.
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
-We have a variety of live performers showcasing their talents for you! From magicians to musicians! This is the perfect opportunity to check them out for your own wedding entertainment.
