The Darley Dale Spring Wedding Fayre at the Whitworth will take place on Sunday 12th May 2019, 11:00am - 4:00pm. (last entry 3:30)
A superb Victorian wedding venue in its own parkland in the very heart of the Derwent Valley, the Whitworth has been host to local weddings for the last 60 years or more but now, the secret is out.
Featuring up to 40 local wedding suppliers, the Whitworth plays host to our Darley Dale wedding fayre, standing head and shoulders over the tacky offerings of a few local hotels, the Whitworth offers you a stunning ballroom, a modern function room, a ceremony room or two and plenty of space for everything that makes a Derbyshire Dales wedding the special occasion it is, it even has a Historic railway and railway station almost in the back yard!
Guests will love the grande staircase, the interior mock tudor design and the fact that with 150 spaces for guests cars, 10 acres of parkland to play with and a real "can do" attitude, this is the only venue in the area to offer you a stunning wedding for less than the cost of the stag weekend!
