Join us at our February Wedding Open Day to meet our team of dedicated events planners, talented onsite chefs, and selected suppliers and begin imagining the memories that you will make at the Mansion.
The Grade II listed Mansion House is one of Liverpool’s most iconic and unique venues to host your special day. Right in the heart of the beautiful Calderstones Park, we are thrilled to offer exclusive use of our Theatre Room, lovingly restored in 2019 with full bifold doors which open onto a private garden for your guests to enjoy. Adorned simply with twinkling fairy lights and fitted with a sprung floor to dance the night away, this historic space is the perfect blank canvas for you to create the wedding of your dreams.
Catering options range from a relaxed barbecue and sweet treats from our Ice Cream Parlour, to elegant formal dining, and the flexibility to host an intimate gathering or a party of up to 150 guests. With a wealth of stunning photo locations around the building, and throughout Calderstones Park, this truly is a must-see venue, and what's more, your wedding will be supporting The Reader to deliver its charitable work transforming lives through literature.
