About Wedding Open Day at Dalhousie Castle
Wedding Open Day at Dalhousie Castle - 16th November 2019
Come and meet our team of experienced wedding coordinators to find out more about the endless possibilities on offer - set your imagination free and believe that fairy tales do indeed come true!
Dalhousie Castle is Scotland’s oldest inhabited castle is set in 11 acres of grounds, beside the River Esk, with a wealth of stories and delightful facilities to share. With its own private Chapel, within the castle walls, breath-taking cantilever staircase and Gothick entrance hall, the Castle is magical and inviting.
View our choice of beautiful reception rooms – The regal Ramsey suite, with glittering chandeliers, the Sir Alexander Suite, it’s dancefloor ideal for a ceilidh, or the rich décor of The Dalwolsey Lounge for more intimate numbers. As well as dreamy four-poster suites, brides and grooms will love the blissful Aqueous spa, and the falconers will be on hand to introduce you to their beautiful owls, who you may like to employ as your ring-bearer, not forgetting of course our longest serving member of the team, Andrew, our Castle Pipe Sergeant.
Be our guests at the castle for the afternoon, enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco and sample our exquisite canapés, courtesy of award-winning Dungeon Restaurant, and get to learn a little more about our story and how we can enable your own happy ending. Entry for this event and guest car parking are free of charge, see link to register for the event. https://dalhousiecastle.wearegifted.co.uk/wedding-open-day
