About West Sussex Wedding Expo @ The K2 Crawley
Our COVID Secure Wedding Fairs are back and we look forward to meeting you albeit with some changes as you would expect.
Congratulations on your engagement,Empirical Events are wedding industry specialists and are here to help you with your wedding planning. We produce engaging events that are relevant to couples looking at the particular venue we are at, but are equally good if you have your venue and are looking for ideas and professional wedding suppliers to support you on your day.
Our aim is to make your wedding planning as simple as possible. All our shows are free to enter and include a luxury goodie bag containing wedding magazines, special offers and a selection of pampering goodies.
Whilst COVID remains, we are maintaining our booking arrival system and would ask that as you register for the event you select your arrival time to the nearest 30 minutes so we can ensure we manage carefully the number of couples within the building. Depending on government guidance at the time we will be following the same mitigations as retail. At present this requires visitors to wear a mask, use hand sanitiser and maintain social distancing.
We will though make sure that you are able to meet some great trusted suppliers and local venues and enjoy the same level of service that you would expect from one of our events. Above all your wedding planning should be fun.
