Lynsey come up with some brilliant recommendations in terms of hotel wise and we finally decided on which hotel to go with. Booking was really easily (Lynsey did all the hard work), she kept in touch about any updates or more like reassurance in terms of the whole fuel shortage issue, sorted all our online check in and was just at the end of the phone if we needed anything.
