A growing part of our business, over the past 12 years, is the hosting of wedding fayres, mainly in Derbyshire and more recently Nottinghamshire.

I work as the Wedding and Events manager for Weddings on Pudding Pie Hill at The Fox and Goose. I plan regular wedding fayres at the venue, showcasing local suppliers and products.

The Parish Hall is set in the picturesque village of Ashover on the outskirts of the Peak District. The hall itself has been in the village since 1966 and in more recent years we have become an up and coming wedding venue holding on average around 15 – 20 weddings, plus many other events every year. We are unique in that we provide our wedding hirers with a complete blank canvas to create their special day at excellent prices. They are not tied into any packages, caterers, bars, decoration or entertainment, however staff are on hand to provide them with a unique bespoke service to ensure that they have everything they need. Our hall has three rooms, which can be tailored to individual requirements, plus outdoor space, a well equipped kitchen and a well-stocked bar.
