Our purpose-built function suite opened in July 2017 and can accommodate up to 200 guests in a formal ‘wedding breakfast’ set-up. The suite benefits from it’s own bar, dance-floor and private balcony with stunning views across the Essex countryside.

Hedingham Castle is a wedding venue like no other - an iconic Norman Keep just a stone's throw away from an elegant Georgian Country House, and onsite accommodation, all set within 160 acres of romantic countryside. Ceremonies take place in the Banqueting Hall of the Castle, under the grand double height archway and lit with a myriad of candles. Alternatively, you may say your vows outdoors, on the lawns overlooking the lake or on the Tilting Lawn of the Castle.
