Thank you so much for your flawless services at my 50th birthday party. We were very apprehensive about having a marquee in our garden as we had never thought of that idea before. Your reassurance and attention to detail throughout the whole planning process was second- to- none, it gave me and my husband every confidence that Ginger Lily would provide a great service on the day. The idea of a sharing lamb tagine that Sam proposed gave our guests an added theatrical approach to the meal and was fabulously presented in traditional tagine dishes that was the talking point among guests.
