The UK Wedding Event is a Leeds based family business specialising in event management and videography. We pride ourselves on organising wedding fayres that are well priced and well attended. Husband and wife team Rob & Emma are always on the lookout for new exciting venues for shows, so don't hesitate to get in touch with any great suggestions. Our flagship show at York Racecourse has been a huge success with 1500 visitors coming through the door on a regular basis. The venue is the setting for two big shows a year in March and October featuring over 100 exhibitors and has quickly established itself at North Yorkshire's most in demand wedding fayre. In recent times we have rolled out the large show experience to Leeds with great success, with even bigger attendances joining us at New Dock Hall at the Royal Armouries in Leeds and The Centenary Pavilion at Leeds United's Elland Road,. On a smaller scale, we also host intimate shows at The Crown Hotel in Harrogate, York Pavilion Hotel, Mercure York Fairfield Manor Hotel, Burn Hall Hotel, The Majestic Hotel, Weetwood Hall, The Sun Pavilion, The Bradford Hotel, Cedar Court Leeds Bradford, The Craiglands Hotel, Hotel du Vin York & Harrogate and The Engine Shed in Wetherby with other new dates and venues being added all the time. Wedding Fayres Yorkshire have been involved with wedding fayres and showcases for over 6 years, and coming from an events and marketing background we take a different approach to organising and hosting them. Working with many chain hotels, independent venues and event centres, we create platforms that put brides in touch with suppliers and helping them get what they want for they big day. We are big advocates in helping and supporting other business in the industry, hosting free workshops on using social media, guiding new businesses, and helping whoever we can along the way. When working with us you might encounter a few members of the team. Head of marketing team Grant has a wealth of knowledge and stay on the cutting edge, leading the way in bringing business’s and brides together under one roof. Events Manager Allan will organise your booking, answer any questions you have about exhibiting and offer any advise to make sure you get the most from our events. To mention a few others – Paul, our events compere… Having had many years in the spotlight on several radio stations and sporting arena’s, he comperes the events and brings the show to life. Rachel our admin assistant and social butterfly, stays on top of social media and keeps an eye on the wedding industry, making sure we are up to date on what you guys are up to. And Choi, the big smile you see first thing on a Sunday morning, registers the brides and welcomes exhibitors on the day of the event. Together we work hard to organise, market and host the most successful and well organised Wedding Fayres in Yorkshire.

Design your bespoke wedding in our stunning Grade II listed venue. Yeadon Town Hall is a beautiful and flexible space for your wedding reception; the perfect backdrop for a perfect day. At Yeadon Town Hall you’ll have the flexibility to tailor your day around what’s important to you. You’ll get the freedom to decide the format for your celebrations, choose your caterers, dress the venue and make sure it reflects your personality. ​ Whilst the venue doesn’t have a wedding license (yet!), couples can stage their ceremonies with us before or after the formalities have taken place elsewhere. We offer exclusive hire of the whole venue, with prices starting at just £3,500. ​ Our Main Auditorium is the perfect space for a sit down meal, buffet or simply a great party. It's suitable for up to 120 people, with enough space for 16 large tables (complete with stunning centrepieces, of course). You'll also have full access to our fully staffed bar, the Town Hall Tavern, for your guests to wind down with a glass of something lovely in hand. Don't forget our Airedale and Wharfedale rooms, situated on the ground floor, provide great breakout areas and relaxation zones for your guests. ​ Yeadon Town Hall provides an idyllic backdrop to your big day.
