Davy's Wine Vaults is a wine bar/restaurant with a very long tradition in offering the best of British food, reimagined to suit modern and sustainable living, together with excellent wines we ourselves import. We are part of Davy's of London, an independent five generation company comprising of Wine Merchants and wine bars in the City and Greenwich. We are based in a grade 2 listed building, what used to be the Old Lovibond Brewery and Wine Merchants, making for a very unique and beautiful venue. Spread over two floors, our subterranean cocktail bar, The Cooperage, is the perfect location for parties and events. Set in 72 hectares of beautiful parkland, Gunnersbury Park is a Grade II* listed historic site and is an elegant and distinctively unique space for your event. The estate has notable significance having been owned and developed as a private country estate by both Princess Amelia, the daughter of King George II, in the eighteenth century and Baron Lionel de Rothschild and his family in the nineteenth century before finally becoming a public park in 1926. Following a recent £21m restoration, the Park has been returned to its’ former glory and now provides a magnificent backdrop for any celebration. Within the estate, we are delighted to be able to offer the magnificent Regency Gunnersbury Park House, the stunning, glass Orangery and the classical Temple for your enjoyment. Burgh House is a beautiful Grade-I listed Queen Anne mansion house, nestled in the picturesque, cobbled streets of Hampstead Village, only moments away from the expansive tranquillity of Hampstead Heath. The House was built in 1704 and retains many of its original features, including fireplaces, wood panelling and a beautiful barley-twist staircase. With 300 years of history, Burgh House's beautiful, panelled rooms provide a unique and elegant backdrop for weddings and receptions. You have a choice of two characterful rooms for your ceremony: our traditional Music Room with baby grand piano for up to 70 guests, or our Library which is perfect for intimate ceremonies of up to 15 guests.
