"At our wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Rory, a talented mixologist who brought a personal and creative touch to our cocktail menu. During the design process, we shared stories about our backgrounds and the inspiration behind the day, which Rory skillfully wove into his creations. Drawing from my Canadian heritage and love for a classic mai tai, he crafted a unique maple mai tai that was both meaningful and delicious. The second cocktail embraced the wildflower theme of the wedding, featuring floral notes that tied beautifully into the overall atmosphere.
Rory even added extra little touches, like spraying a custom scent over the cocktails to really elevate the whole experience. On the night, he was calm, professional, and had a great rapport with everyone.
It was great to collaborate with Rory, tweaking ideas along the way to create drinks that felt truly our own, it made the whole thing feel really personal and special."
