My husband and I celebrated our wedding in July 2024. Although we have known Verena for many years (and it was very clear to us that she would be our wedding photographer 🥰), we learnt to appreciate her craft and her photos in a whole new way during and after the wedding.

We are so glad that Verena was our photographer for our wedding day. She is absolutely incredible - in every aspect of her service.
Her photos are absolutely beautiful - she has a way of capturing the moment and all the feelings that come with it - the joy, the energy, the laughter and the love. She sees little magical interactions between people throughout the day and captures them whilst still capturing the key moments you might expect.
Although her images, and her speedy delivery, were amazing, perhaps what makes Verena most special is her way of working. She is warm, genuine and positive, and her calm presence was so essential throughout the day - that was when you did notice her, but she has a way of operating that is so discreet that you never feel as if you’re being “papped”. She is clear in her instruction, but so gentle. But calm didn’t mean not fun! She brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the day, and tactfully interacted with all our guests matching their energy. That included the kids who were at the wedding, who she so effortlessly let feel involved and interact with her, whilst maintaining her professionalism and managing to continue capturing the day.
Verena allowed us to have the kind of photography that we really wanted - documenting moments that happened throughout the day without staging things, whilst still managing to give us valuable suggestions, and encourage us to take little moments to spend time with each other throughout the day. Having her gave us not only some incredible photos, but also time on the day to soak everything and each other in.

We booked Verena for our wedding photography and she was amazing to work with! We were very conscious of having someone who could capture our day naturally and not focus on anything too staged. Whilst we wanted amazing photos, we also wanted to enjoy our wedding and not miss loads of it by being away for hours for photos!

Verena was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Her communication was outstanding, and she made us feel so comfortable from our very first meeting. We knew straight away that she was the perfect wedding photographer for us.
After a one-hour chat, Verena completely understood what we wanted from our photographs. I had a clear vision in mind, and she just got my vibe – it felt like she truly knew me. She offered thoughtful advice, answered all of our questions, and provided a comprehensive list of shots we could choose from to ensure we got exactly what we wanted on the day.
We knew we wanted a second photographer, and Verena arranged for another incredibly talented photographer, Kate, to join us. Closer to the wedding, Verena scheduled another call to go over the final details. Her organisation and attention to detail helped everything run so smoothly on the day – I genuinely believe she was one of the reasons we were ready for our photographs before the ceremony!
A particularly lovely touch was when Verena took a Polaroid picture of us at the end of the evening as a little keepsake from our wedding day. The very next day, she sent over a sneak peek of our photos, and they were nothing short of a dream! When the full gallery was delivered, it came with a beautiful box of prints, a card, a USB, and even a delicate flower – such thoughtful details.
