About Holsome Park
The barn at Holsome Park is situated in the heart of the South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty close to Totnes and Kingsbridge. We have panoramic views of Dartmoor and the beautiful Devon countryside. The barn is both contemporary and rustic, and a perfect venue for all types of celebrations – from weddings and birthday celebrations to corporate functions/ team building!
Why not make the most of your nuptials and have exclusive use of “The Lambing Barn” set in set in a small woodland adjoining a 4 acre field, with use of Foxglove Quarry. for you and your guests for an extended, multi-day wedding?
We have lots of indoor and outdoor space and the views really do have to be seen to be appreciated.
The “lambing barn” is a blank canvas and our exclusive 3 day hire allows you and friends and family ample time the day before to decorate it in your own personal style whether that is understated or exuberant. Our three-day hire with also means that if you wish to have a get-together on the day before, and/or the day after your wedding, you are completely free to do so. Maybe a family and friends bbq the night before your big day, or a Sunday brunch get-together or bbq before everyone heads home on the Sunday. The added option of camping allows you and your guests to camp with us for 2 nights if you wish to do so.
For those who wish to camp – we can also offer a guided farm walk, as well as collect your own eggs for breakfast from our chickens. You can also purchase meat reared on the farm for that post wedding fry up!
We will provide you with a list of hand-picked local suppliers who go out of their way to source their produce from local and sustainable sources. They include caterers, hog roasts, live bands, discos, florists, crockery hire, and ice cream.
