“We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham back in September, and we can’t recommend the venue enough. The building and grounds are stunning, and it created exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our day. The events team, with Sammie as our contact, were really supportive in the build up to the day, really responsive to our requirements and supported us through getting everything ready. On the day itself, the staff were brilliant and the venue was set up perfectly. Our wedding coordinator Shaldon and his team were really attentive to every detail, very organised, and always on hand when we needed anything. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how well they were looked after. The food was a real highlight as well, as we had so many compliments from guests about the quality and service, which was great to hear, and it made the whole experience feel even more special. We elected to hire the hotel exclusively, and we felt it made a big difference overall; it made everything feel that bit more personal and relaxed, and made it feel really like the day we wanted. We would happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.”

We had our micro wedding at the beginning December and it was absoloutely perfect! Phoebe was our main point of contact for organizing everything from our initial visit and any additional things we wanted were no problem for her. Friendly and professional from the start she helped make the whole thing really pleasant and easy. We arrived the night before and had a dinner at the restaurant, food was impeccable and Slav a great host and put up with our cheesy jokes all night. On the day it was sadly raining but the lovely Aysha and Shana helped me get into the car without ruining my white dress/ hair/ makeup before the ceremony which was massively appreciated. We arrived back at the hotel much earlier than anticipated but Rory and Sadie were prepared already and helped keep the day flowing smoothly always ready to help us whenever needed. Nothing was any trouble for the wonder team. Food was incredible, everyone was full after the dinner. Rooms clean and well presented. We’re looking to have another celebration there very soon!”

Where to begin… We used Woodlands Park Hotel for our Wedding and I have no words as to how amazing they were for us. We had an ex employee Cheyenne who just started everything off with what we wanted and towards the big day, we had a new wedding coordinator Sammie who just continued following the footsteps in making sure whatever we wanted on the big day, she made sure the right people were told and they for sure delivered!

I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to look into Woodlands Park Hotel because the building is stunning, the rooms are stunning, so much beautiful history and you can feel it and Sammie and her team’s are very welcoming and knowing they have done many weddings and will be doing many more, you have not got to worry about that side of the day at all! Just Thank you so much to Sammie, Sheldon and all the teams that made our milestone one we will never forget and I can say now we will be coming back to Woodlands Park Hotel to celebrate our Anniversaries with you!”
