Looking for that special, personal addition to your wedding ceremony? Lyndsey is a versatile soprano, based in South Lincolnshire. She is a member of several groups in Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire: Tapestry Singers, Peterborough Opera, Purcell SIngers and Oakham Choral Society. Recent performances include Verdi's Requiem with City of Peterborough Symphony Orchestra, Peterborough Opera and Peterborough Take Note Community Choir. Last year she was called upon at the last minute for a recital at St Wulfram's Church (Grantham) and Handel's Messiah (Heckington). Her highlight of 2018 was singing in the U.S. premiere of Patrick Hawes' The Great War Symphony in Carnegie Hall, New York, in honour of the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day. She has sung for weddings in several regions of the UK, including North Wales; during the signing of the register, as the bride made her entrance, and leading the hymns during the ceremony.
