After that, it’s just £3 at the door for an unforgettable wedding planning experience. The Great Northern Wedding Show is unlike any other—it’s the biggest one-day wedding event in the entire North West! With an array of exhibitors and endless inspiration, you’re guaranteed to find everything you need. Join us at Bolton Arena, a huge indoor venue right across from Bolton’s football ground, where you’ll find easy access and plenty of free parking. ​Join us for our Wedding Showcase at The Black Friar. Planning your wedding and searching for the perfect venue? Join us on Tuesday 5th May to see everything The Black Friar has to offer. ​For one day only, we’ll be opening the venue exclusively for couples to explore our beautiful spaces set up for weddings and ceremonies. See the venue fully dressed and imagine how your own celebration could look and feel here. ​Enjoy a welcome drink, selection of nibbles, and live music from our suppliers after being guided on a relaxed tour of the venue. ​You’ll have time to speak with our events team and some of our favourite wedding suppliers, from florists to photographers, who will be on hand to offer inspiration and answer any questions. ​Whether you're just starting to plan, finalising the details, or have already booked your special day with us, this is the perfect opportunity to see the venue, gather ideas, and chat through your plans in person. ​Tickets are £10 per person and include a welcome drink and complimentary nibbles. ​We’ll be running four showcase tour times - 12:00, 13:30, 17:30 + 19:00.
