Currently in the final stages of completion, following its full restoration – Coldeast is a beautiful Victorian Mansion set in 10 acres of wonderful gardens and parkland, with views towards the River Hamble. The house and its estate was originally the home of the wealthy local Hornby family but has since been carefully and sensitively restored to its former glory by the new owners, and is waiting to welcome you and your guests to come and enjoy the grandeur and splendour of this magnificent Victorian country house.

Coldeast is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and civil partnerships as well as wedding receptions. It is the perfect venue for a special birthday celebration or anniversary party, or to host a private lunch or dinner too. With many beautiful rooms, all retaining stunning, original features making each one feel extremely special, completely unique and utterly romantic. Whether you want to host an intimate occasion or organise a grand celebration, this historic nineteenth century mansion is the perfect venue.

Orange Grove Hotel & Gardens (formerly The Mansion at Coldeast) is an elegant wedding venue located in the city of Southampton in Hampshire, England. Facilities and Capacity

Nestled on nine acres of land near the River Hamble, Orange Grove Hotel & Gardens stands at 25,000 square feet for you and your loved ones to enjoy during your big day. The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces can host intimate events ranging from 40 to 60 guests. You're welcome to use the picturesque period room, The Orangery Suite, which features a romantic atmosphere from floor to ceiling. Large windows are present throughout the room, ensuring that you and your loved ones are never starved of the lush garden view. With the versatile floor plan, the Orangery Suite can host anything from traditional wedding breakfasts to evening receptions. Outside features open fields with clear dining pods, thick surrounding forestry, and a trickling fountain that makes for a memorable backdrop to your events or photo sessions. In addition, Orange Grove features 27 hotel bedrooms to ensure a relaxing overnight stay.

You will have exclusive use of the grounds during your big day to help you get the most out of the venue. The Orange Grove catering team offers a variety of dishes and cocktail drinks to customise your wedding menu. Wedding coordination and beautician services are also available for a one-stop-shop experience, helping you make your planning process as stress-free as possible.

So when we created PMN Wedding Fayres back in July 2008, we had a vision of providing local Wedding Businesses, as well as visiting Wedding-Planning-Couples, with a great experience; with more variety of suppliers to see, fashion shows where appropriate, and held at Prestigious, Establish or Iconic Wedding Venues. Our fayres usually take place where couples may ultimately like to have their actual wedding, providing the opportunity to explore suites & facilities, whilst planning the exciting and special elements of their day at the same time (there’s nothing nicer than piecing it all together, in a beautiful hotel or establishment that could possibly become your own wedding venue!)…

For couples who have already sourced the perfect place to say “I Do” and other important factors, our Wedding Fayres are there to provide numerous ideas and ample inspiration for all the other essential elements they may require, such as; flowers, cakes, photography, videography, venue décor & styling, jewellery, transport, menswear, wedding dresses, health & beauty…we even have Owls & Helicopters at some of our fayres!
