Celebrate in the magnificent Ballroom, accommodating up to 110 guests for meals and speeches, or host evening festivities in ‘The Nightclub,’ with space for up to 200 guests. Step inside this stunning hotel and be inspired for your big day by some of best wedding suppliers in the region. All visitors will be greeted by a drinks reception and a free gift bag on arrival to the bride. Admission is free on the day from 11am but everyone is asked to pre-book tickets for the event for a fast track entry. The UK Wedding Event is back at York Racecourse on Sunday 18th October 2026 for North Yorkshire's biggest wedding show. The venue is a fabulous location, with ample free parking and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your special day. All visitors to this popular wedding event will be greeted by a champagne reception and receive free tote gift bags to collect information from the exhibitors throughout the day. Guests will also be treated to two sensational catwalk shows to help you find inspiration for your special day.
