Join us for our second wedding fayre of the year on Sunday 31st May, featuring around 30 top wedding suppliers who are eager to help bring your vision to life. Embark on an unforgettable wedding journey with confidence, guided by experienced coordinators dedicated to ensuring that each moment is crafted to perfection. At Rushpool Hall, exclusivity is paramount, offering a tailored and devoted service designed to meet unique needs. Celebrate in the magnificent Ballroom, accommodating up to 110 guests for meals and speeches, or host evening festivities in ‘The Nightclub,’ with space for up to 200 guests. Choose between two stunning ceremony options: the grand Ballroom or the intimate Peacock Room, with indoor and outdoor ceremony availability to cater to all British weather. After the celebration, retreat to elegant bedrooms, each boasting en-suite facilities and stunning views of lush gardens and the sea. The luxurious Honeymoon Suite provides a perfect getaway, while guests can enjoy their stay in charming accommodations, complete with breakfast the following morning. The UK Wedding Event is thrilled to be staging another intimate wedding fayre at the beautiful York Pavilion Hotel on Sunday 21st June 2026 The venue itself is a Georgian grade II listed country house, situated just a mile outside York city centre, with spectacular landscaped gardens, lawns and a fairy tale courtyard. Step inside this stunning hotel and be inspired for your big day by some of best wedding suppliers in the region. All visitors will be greeted by a drinks reception and a free gift bag on arrival to the bride. Admission is free on the day from 11am but everyone is asked to pre-book tickets for the event for a fast track entry. Wedding suppliers interested in exhibiting at the event should visit The UK Wedding Event website and complete the self-summing intimate booking form to reserve a spot.

Situated in the heart of Harrogate’s historic Grade II listed Valley Gardens is the beautiful Sun Pavilion, one of the town’s most unique wedding settings. Step inside this beautiful venue and get some inspiration for your big day from some of the best wedding suppliers in the region. Admission is free on the day from 11am but everyone will be asked to pre-book tickets for the event if at all possible to assist with our planning.

The UK Wedding Event is back at York Racecourse on Sunday 18th October 2026 for North Yorkshire's biggest wedding show. The venue is a fabulous location, with ample free parking and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your special day. All visitors to this popular wedding event will be greeted by a champagne reception and receive free tote gift bags to collect information from the exhibitors throughout the day. Guests will also be treated to two sensational catwalk shows to help you find inspiration for your special day.
