York Wedding Fairs

The UK Wedding Event is thrilled to be staging another intimate wedding fayre at the beautiful York Pavilion Hotel on Sunday 21st June 2026 The venue itself is a Georgian grade II listed country house, situated just a mile outside York city centre, with spectacular landscaped gardens, lawns and a fairy tale courtyard. Step inside this stunning hotel and be inspired for your big day by some of best wedding suppliers in the region. All visitors will be greeted by a drinks reception and a free gift bag on arrival to the bride. Admission is free on the day from 11am but everyone is asked to pre-book tickets for the event for a fast track entry. Wedding suppliers interested in exhibiting at the event should visit The UK Wedding Event website and complete the self-summing intimate booking form to reserve a spot.

The UK Wedding Event is back at York Racecourse on Sunday 18th October 2026 for North Yorkshire's biggest wedding show. The venue is a fabulous location, with ample free parking and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your special day. All visitors to this popular wedding event will be greeted by a champagne reception and receive free tote gift bags to collect information from the exhibitors throughout the day. Guests will also be treated to two sensational catwalk shows to help you find inspiration for your special day.
