Ideal for small & intimate weddings or large marquee parties we have a number of rooms available to use. You may prefer to hire the whole site exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy. We can arrange catering, bar and room styling.

The Beaverwood is a perfect wedding reception venue for your special day. Located in private grounds near Bromley, Kent, this stylish function venue transforms into your dream. We can accommodate 150 guests for a formal sit down meal and up to 300 for an evening party. You can select from a range of menus or create a bespoke package. (Please note that we do not allow outside catering). The property has been recently refurbished. Located 4 miles from the center of Southampton and 10 miles from the center of Winchester. The hotel offers a tranquil setting yet is well connected, with the M3 and M27 being right around the corner and frequent public transport from just outside the hotel. Southampton has great connections to the Isle of Wight and cruise ships to around the world. The Hotel hosts weddings, parties and events up to 140 people in the library themed suite. With 13 meeting rooms the hotel can accommodate both large and small meetings and conferences. The hotel also consists of 137 bedrooms of varying sizes.

Our Gardens overlooking the lake is a perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony or our spacious banqueting suites make an ideal setting for your wedding day dinner and reception for up to 300 people Our Elizabeth Suite has its own private foyer area, cloakroom and bar. This suite can accommodate 200 guests for a full sit down meal and 300 for an informal reception. The Lakeside Suite has its own private bar area and doors opening out onto the grounds at the back of the hotel. This room can accommodate 60 guests for a sit down meal and 100 for an informal reception. The Garden room is ideal for smaller and more intimate functions. It can seat 30 guests on round tables and is also ideal for small wedding ceremonies. Holiday Inn Basildon has several rooms licensed for civil ceremonies including the Pavilion which is located in the grounds over looking views of the lake.
