Our Gardens overlooking the lake is a perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony or our spacious banqueting suites make an ideal setting for your wedding day dinner and reception for up to 300 people Our Elizabeth Suite has its own private foyer area, cloakroom and bar. This suite can accommodate 200 guests for a full sit down meal and 300 for an informal reception. The Lakeside Suite has its own private bar area and doors opening out onto the grounds at the back of the hotel. This room can accommodate 60 guests for a sit down meal and 100 for an informal reception. The Garden room is ideal for smaller and more intimate functions. It can seat 30 guests on round tables and is also ideal for small wedding ceremonies. Holiday Inn Basildon has several rooms licensed for civil ceremonies including the Pavilion which is located in the grounds over looking views of the lake.
