Having grown up in Devon, Steve moved to the home-counties to train and qualify as a professional Chef working in prestigious establishments including The Pennyhill Park Hotel as a senior Sous Chef and Head Chef of The Copthorne Hotel Gatwick, London
He then returned to the West Country as the Landlord and Head Chef at The King William Inne, Catcott, specialising in roasts and grills and more recently, working on location on film sets providing superior catering including Downton Abbey and Poldark amongst others
Steve has also worked as a personal Chef for a very successful Angel Investor
Due to his love for high quality slow-cooked Hog Roasts and by popular demand, it was a natural progression to offer a range of gourmet Roasts including Pork, Lamb, Beef, Poultry and Fish dishes alongside a wide and varied choice of other menu options
