Nestled among a patchwork of Cotswold fields is a little known working farm with Deer Roaming that host just over 30 special Wedding days a year.

With its soaring vaulted ceilings, breath-taking original windows and its blend of functional, open plan space and Victorian Gothic elegance, it is easy to see why The Old Library is a much-loved venue for weddings. Since being faithfully restored from The Old Library’s origins as one of Birmingham’s first free libraries in 1866, this historic setting has played host to many happy and unique wedding days. Wedding guests will be left mesmerised by the architecturally stunning building, which is flooded with natural daylight and exudes a romantic atmosphere. Our unique and historic venue can easily accommodate up to 130 guests for a ceremony and sit-down reception, and there is further space for creating a dancefloor whilst accommodating up to 250 guests for an evening reception. The Old Library is nestled amongst the bustling and diverse community of Digbeth, providing a variety of unique backdrops for those all-important wedding photos. Our dedicated chefs have created a series of delicious menus your guests will devour, and the bar team have created a drinks menu to match. The Library Bar is a large area separated from the main space by three grand arch ways. This hidden gem can easily cater to a particular theme that has been envisaged for a wedding day and our experienced events team are on hand to ensure your wedding day reflects your vision.

Hidden away in the heart of England, Alrewas Hayes {Awl-ree-was Hayes} is a historical country estate where exceptional event experiences happen. A place to escape from the everyday, over the past decade our Grade II listed Queen Anne residence has been hosting weddings, corporate retreats and parties from six to 650 guests. Exclusively yours for the day or weekend, our 100-acre estate is ready to welcome you.

Lightwoods House is an elegant country house located in an oasis of greenery amoung the bustle of south-west Sandwell. You can marry on the Edwardian Bandstand, in the leafy surrounds of Lightwoods Park, or you can hold your ceremony in the Long Room inside the house ( both max 80 guests). Whichever you choose, you can enjoy exclusive use of the Shakespeare Garden for drinks and photos. We also have a marquee within the garden. You can choose to have your "wedding breakfast" as a sit down meal, buffet or street food, in the Long Room before partying the night away. We open additional room to accommodate evening guests (max 120). Guests can enjoy the gardens until 9.30pm while the bar will serve until 11.30pm and music until 11.45pm. Drovers rest is an upcoming wedding venue in Hay on Wye. We have two rustic barns, an orchard and a woodland for our couples to have their special day. We wanted to throw an open day for people all over to come and meet our top suppliers and get a chance to look round...
