Large private country house venue based in Colwall near the Malvern Hills with accommodation and license for events and civil ceremonies. Very pet and family friendly!

Lightwoods House is an elegant country house located in an oasis of greenery amoung the bustle of south-west Sandwell. You can marry on the Edwardian Bandstand, in the leafy surrounds of Lightwoods Park, or you can hold your ceremony in the Long Room inside the house ( both max 80 guests). Whichever you choose, you can enjoy exclusive use of the Shakespeare Garden for drinks and photos. We also have a marquee within the garden. You can choose to have your "wedding breakfast" as a sit down meal, buffet or street food, in the Long Room before partying the night away. We open additional room to accommodate evening guests (max 120). Guests can enjoy the gardens until 9.30pm while the bar will serve until 11.30pm and music until 11.45pm. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering for your closest friends and family or a large party, Draycote Hotel in partnership with Whitefields Golf Club and Golf Course in Warwickshire is a stunning venue for your wedding and your reception. The whole wedding party will be impressed with the beautiful grounds, as well as the dramatic backdrop of Draycote Water. It is is the perfect place for taking those treasured photographs. We are licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 200 guests. We offer a great deal of flexibility in both choice of rooms and menus, so you can be sure of enjoying the special day of your dreams.

Relaxed, rustic and stylish, Hanbury Wedding Barn is set in the heart of the National Forest. These bright and beautiful barns have been lovingly restored especially with wedding celebrations in mind and we opened our doors for the first time in June 2019. The venue is family run and features an elegant red brick ceremony barn with exposed timber frames, an outdoor ceremony pavilion overlooking the lake, a spacious courtyard and evening room, and a welcoming wedding breakfast barn. It is the perfect place to begin married life with your family and friends.
