With a huge array of delights and inspiration for your big day With a whole host of exciting wedding professionals showcasing at this event, you are sure to get your planning off to a flying start. Expect to see Photographers, Cakes, Dresses, Venues, Cars, Mens Attire, entertainers... the list goes on. Doors open at 10 am and the event ends at 2 pm. We operate a staggered entry system for an even flow of visitors, allowing everyone to speak to the exhibitors waiting to discuss your big day. Once here, you can stay at the event as long as you need. Why not take a chance to enjoy a delicious cake or scone in our pop-up coffee shop, whilst you sit and listen to Jazz Vibes, who will be entertaining us throughout the day with their unique blend of jazz and classics (they even take requests!) About our chosen Charity - Amy & Friends Amy and Friends was formed to support children/young adults and their families suffering from Cockayne Syndrome and linked DNA repair disorders that lead to a shortened life expectancy (average age 12.4). They meet with families and specialists to share experiences, knowledge and to gain support from each other. They organise and accompany families when attending Rare Disease Clinic at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, which they helped open in 2018 and they actively take part in research programmes, working closely with a team of worldwide medical specialists. They organise for families to meet others in similar situations to themselves, often for the first/last time. This helps lessen isolation, builds confidence, aids wellbeing and improves knowledge. They are the only Charity in the UK that supports children/young people and their families with DNA Repair disorders, even providing help to undiagnosed children/young people when they have no other support network. Their families receive no other advocates from charities for their conditions – other than hospice for end-of-life care. 50% of all ticket sales will go straight to Amy & Friends.

This stunning six-acre octagonal walled garden is set within the grounds of the Luton Hoo Estate; the garden was established in the 1770s and is now home to The Conservatory. Finished to the highest specification, it has an outside decking terrace, integrated speech and music sound system, spectacular decorative lighting including pin-spots, a dance floor and stage. The Conservatory has been designed with flexibility in mind. Suitable for dining up to 250 guests with a separate reception area, stage and dance floor for up to 400 guests for buffets and dinners. The Conservatory is located just a short taxi ride from Luton Airport parkway, Harpenden and Luton train stations and is just 20 minutes from London. They have a number of hotels within a few miles and a list of suppliers that they can recommend to you on request. They are also able to offer a shuttle service to and from the venue if necessary.
