Self-catered weddings can take place in the modern and spacious Wokefield Suite which is located in Wokefield Place, a separate venue to the Mansion House. As you approach the wedding venue down a quiet country lane, you are greeted by a collection of Sussex flint and brick buildings as well as the main farmhouse. Entering through an iron gate beside the gatehouse, the driveway takes you past the Farmhouse and across the grounds to the front entrance of the reception barn. As soon as you enter the barn, you are hit by the “Wow Factor”. The whole room is swathed in beautiful ivory pleated marquee drapes with swags and tails. The east wall has windows overlooking the rolling fields and woodland where horses and deer roam freely, while the integrated raised dance floor and tall central pillars exude atmosphere, creating a sense of grandeur and space.

A special setting can transform your wedding day, and there are few places more unusual and romantic than Horsebridge Station. A faithfully restored Grade II, listed Victorian Railway Station set in two acres of beautiful gardens and surrounded by stunning views of the River Test and its water meadows. At Horsebridge station you can get married on Platform 1 or Platform 2, before you and your guests spill out into the gardens for reception drinks. The Venue also has a Marquee onsite over the summer months that seats 100 guests comfortably for your wedding reception.
