Grittleton House, is an exclusive, privately owned country house wedding venue, set within 35 acres of beautiful gardens and grounds, with a choice of stunning rooms to accommodate all wedding parties. Situated within the Cotswolds, in the picturesque village of Grittleton, just a short distance from Bath and Bristol, and fabulous transport links to London and beyond. Accessed via a private tree lined drive, it offers sweeping views over the grounds and house. The house itself is full of outstanding architecture and gothic features, with high decorative ceilings, beautiful working fireplaces and an elegance worthy of any Stately Home. The magnificence of the sweeping double stair case is a wonderful sight as you enter the main hall. The room that is perfect for all weddings is our Oceana Suite, this room can hold up to 120 for the ceremony, 90 for the breakfast and 120 for the evening reception. It has a beautiful free span dome ceiling with a crystal chandelier and coloured lighting to complement any colour theme. There is a private bar, dedicated dance floor and stage area. The 4 star Best Western Hotel Royale The Windsor Suite is beautiful bright room that has a large dancefloor and is perfect for evening parties. It has recently been refurbished and is now modernised with neutral colours and mirror panelled pillars. The 3 star Ocean Beach Hotel The Ocean Beach Hotel is situated on Bournemouth’s East Cliff.
