The Events team will be available to show you round the hotel, the Bridal suite, the secret garden and discuss their wedding packages to see how they can help you. Eco & Vegan wedding fair which will be Sunday 22nd March 2026 11-4 at new venue Bower in the Wood Flimwell/ Ticehurst. Find eco-friendly and vegan suppliers or take a tour round the venue. The Fat Carrot Pop up Cafe will be available for refreshments & appointments can be made for catering chats. From the venue: We pride ourselves on being a fully inclusive venue, & our aim is to produce an event for you that is as individual as you are as a couple. We are fully licensed with East Sussex registrars for civil ceremonies and are able to offer two very different locations for your ceremony. You may choose to exchange vows under our wooden bower, nestled in a woodland glade. After your ceremony, a short stroll through the forest walk will bring you & your guests to your reception at our stunning woodland tables. Alternatively, you may chose to exchange your vows in the Grand Hall with its high domed ceiling and tree lined aisle. After reception drinks in the woodland area, your wedding breakfast can be served either in the Grand Hall or at the Woodland tables, the choice is yours. Your guests can then relax by the giant fire-pit under the stars or party the night away on the dance floor! All served by our in-house bar or converted horse box bar.
